This call kicked off by highlighting key updates and the importance of leading by example in the field. George emphasized the shift from Sarah Skills to the new Brain Savers program, which now supports both Medicare B and Advantage plans, significantly expanding the market. A standout success story was shared by Marty, who used the Medicare report card tool to identify over $900,000 in missed reimbursements across three doctors, leading to immediate buy-in and new agreements. He explained how he used silver platters and donuts to creatively present data, opening doors and generating real revenue potential. Jim and Caitlin then clarified the transition logistics and upcoming contracts, while underlining that ongoing support will now come from the Seniors Home Services team—not Cere Skills. The Selfie to a Healthy app was introduced as a key patient engagement tool, streamlining provider workload and helping consultants connect patients to services like CCM, RPM, and RTM. George revealed plans for a comprehensive new training platform featuring video modules, scripts, FAQs, and presentation guides by target group (physician, pharmacy, etc.). The call closed with a reminder: action is what drives results, and consistent outreach and follow-up will translate into long-term residual income.

Welcome to this important update for consultants. We’re transitioning from Sarah Skills to a more powerful RTM solution featuring BrainSavers, which significantly expands our market by including both Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part B patients. The Medicare Report Card is a valuable door-opener with physicians, highlighting missed quality care opportunities based on CMS data. While the data may have a 90-day lag and some reports haven't changed in months, it still demonstrates care gaps we help providers fill through services like CCM, RPM, and RTM. When presenting the report card, avoid overexplaining or analyzing the data—focus instead on how our services fill key gaps and improve outcomes. Always lead with tools like the Selfie to a Healthy app to engage patients and offload physician workload. If a doctor has used Sarah Skills, simply introduce BrainSavers as a new option without telling them to cancel anything. And finally, make sure to follow up consistently—referrals and onboarding only happen when consultants take action.

This week’s pharmacy consultant call introduced a significant shift in focus — transitioning from purely pharmacy-based topics to a broader “Provider Call” covering pharmacies, physicians, and chiropractors. Leaders emphasized the rollout of a new, unified platform featuring Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) with a white-labeled program called "Brain Savers," designed to expand market reach beyond Medicare Part B into Advantage Plans. This will double potential coverage and income opportunities for consultants and providers. The engaging “Turn Your Selfie into a Healthy” tool continues to drive patient participation and simplify onboarding without requiring providers to explain the services. Sarah Skills will remain in use, but Brain Savers offers fresh, human-led content that keeps patients engaged longer and provides more sustainable income. New onboarding, CRM tools, marketing materials, and weekly navigation updates were discussed to keep consultants organized. The team also addressed the challenges with Wix platform stability and explained the transition to a more robust system on GitHub. Consultants were encouraged to continue current demos while preparing for the rollout of new RTM solutions in the coming weeks. Lastly, all sessions and links will now be centralized through one updated resource page for ease of access.

3.17.25 - 7 pm Pharmacy Call Replay
This week's pharmacy training emphasized the launch of weekly group demo calls to help consultants onboard pharmacists faster without waiting for one-on-one presentations. These demos showcase Sarah Skills as a pure profit Medicare-covered program that requires no upfront cost, no additional staffing, and minimal time commitment for pharmacies. Consultants are encouraged to lead with a short, impactful two-minute video and schedule follow-ups using either expert-led or self-led push-play demos. The training covered key talking points like highlighting community pharmacy challenges with PBMs, framing the solution as a Medicare-supported service, and keeping initial conversations simple and relationship-based. Success is more likely when consultants attend demos in person or on Zoom with the pharmacist, reinforcing trust and engagement. A major goal is to move from the Sarah Skills intro to credentialing and medical billing through IPPN, opening additional revenue streams. A new turnkey system with short explainer videos and scripts is being finalized to help consultants present independently. Follow-up is crucial—getting pharmacists to book onboarding calls and start enrolling patients is the path to earning. With just a few pharmacy clients and doctor referrals, six-figure income potential is realistic.
